Baywood Cottage has 1,776 square feet of charming living space with three private bedrooms, a comfortable loft, two full baths, and one half bath. You'll love the panoramic views you'll get from the living room, master bedroom, and kitchen! Outside, there are two stories of decks for entertaining, and a private dock to park your boat, or go fishing, swimming, or kayaking.

Living Room:

Features a large, comfortable sectional couch with enough room to seat 6. It's a great spot to lounge in front of the 65" Samsung TV. A Roku stick will give you access to stream your subscription apps like Netflix, SlingTV, and YouTubeTV. There is also a small wine fridge here to keep cold drinks on the main living floor.

Relax in our beautiful Ethan Allen king size bed with memory foam mattress. There's nothing better than waking up in the morning, opening the blackout curtains, and taking in the vast views of the water. There's a spacious walk-in closet, a 50" wall-mounted smart TV, and a master bath with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and stackable washer/dryer.

This room has a full size bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a beautiful vintage dresser with mirror in the room to keep your belongings. The owner's closet is in this room, so it is locked and inaccessible to guests.

Two twin beds make this the perfect kid's room. Thoughtfully decorated, it contains a large armoire to hang and store your clothes.

Acting as a guest bath in the main living area, this contains a small glass surround walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

You will find a comfy queen size bed here. It does require climbing a ladder to access, so this is best reserved for older children, and (nimble) adults.

Located on the bottom floor, the kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You will be on your own for groceries, but it is equipped with many spices, condiments, and olive oil to get you started. We come to the cottage about once a month and do our best to keep things stocked. If you use the last of something and feel inspired to replace it for the next guest, it is greatly appreciated. There is a Keurig coffee machine, a Chemex pourover brewer with kettle and filters, and a regular coffee brewer located in the cabinet. (You will need to provide your own KCups or ground beans.) All the pots, pans, and utensils you need to prepare a nice meal are here for your use. There is also a large kitchen island with bar seating for 2.

Adjacent to the kitchen, this area has a black leather couch in front of a 42" Samsung TV with a Roku stick that also has access to your favorite apps. Below that is a gas fireplace that is lit from October-February. It will get the room warm within minutes during the colder months and makes for a very cozy environment. There is also a half bath connected to this room.

A large wooden farmhouse table with steel base takes up the rest of the bottom floor. There is enough seating for 7-8 people for a memorable family meal.

Immediately outside of the back door leading out of the kitchen, you will step onto the upper deck with a nice lounge area with an outdoor couch, chaise, and table. Beyond that you will find a screened in patio used for an outdoor dining area. On the other side, you will find the grilling area and just past that, there is an outdoor shower. The lower deck includes a picnic table, sunbathing area, and tiki bar. Below that, you will find the dock (new floater built November 2022) where you can fish, park your boat, or use 2 of the provided kayaks.

***There is a boathouse and 2 sheds on the property, and a garage under the Quonset hut. These areas are locked and guests will not have access to them. ***Please note, beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own and do not use bath towels for use after enjoying the lake.***

Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. If you are staying or checking out on a Monday, please roll the trash bin out to the street for Tuesday pickup and pull back under the Quonset hut once they've arrived.

Guests will have access to the entire main house, with the exception of one closet. Outside, the sheds, garage, and boathouse are locked and inaccessible to guests.

• There are security cameras located on the exterior of the house pointed towards entrances and the driveway. These cameras are actively recording at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total. If the guest count provided is inaccurate, the host reserves the right to charge an additional $250 per person per day.
• The property is strictly NO EVENTS unless explicitly given permission before your stay. Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties.
• Pets and animals are not permitted on the property.
• Guests are not allowed to download paid videos/movies/sporting events, etc. through the SmartTVs. If a guest downloads something during the date/time they are at the home, the owner will send an invoice that will be required to be paid by the guest.
