Baydream Vacation Rentals is a boutique hospitality company offering cohosting services for short term rentals in NC, SC, Northeast TN, and Southwest VA while providing guests with memorable stays in thoughtfully designed spaces.
Founded in 2021 by Chris Sottile, he has spent more than 2 decades in the hospitality and real estate industries. After 7+ years founding and owning a successful restaurant and cheese shop in Charlotte, NC, he sold the business to focus solely on managing short term rentals. Previous to that, he owned a custom home building company building homes near the Intracoastal Waterway in Murrells Inlet, SC. He also earned his NC Real Estate Broker's license in 2010.
Chris is passionate about genuine hospitality and making connections with his guests. Despite not having the same interactions in person as he did at his restaurant, he understands how to make guests feel at home in his properties and takes great pride in ensuring that every stay is unforgettable.
