This newly rebuilt urban cottage is steps away from everything Downtown Johnson City has to offer. Sleeping 6, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's more than enough room to spread out. The large fenced-in backyard with a firepit and seating area gives you plenty of privacy from the hustle and bustle of downtown after a day of hiking or tubing in the nearby mountains.

"Really enjoyed staying here. The family loved it as well. It was very clean and well cared for. Instructions are laid out everywhere throughout the house that made everything easy. House is close to downtown where there is great food. In a neighborhood but neighbors are quiet and didn’t have any noise issues. Had a question and the host responded quickly and took care of it. Will definitely stay here again next time. "

"Overall, the host and the house are great. It is a new renovation that is very nice inside. The house and bedrooms are a good size and everything is clean. The host is also very communicative and the house was stocked with all of the basics (paper towels, dish soap, cooking spray, etc.). The only issue I would say about this house is the neighborhood. This was my first time in downtown Johnson City and I feel the areas outside of the immediate downtown are not safe at night. This isn't anything negative about the house or the owner - only the city itself. "

"Nice place, very clean, not cluttered, easy to get to, great dock, great amenities and well stocked with all the basics. Host was very responsive and friendly, and very helpful! If you’re a boater then make sure you research the lake access that you intend to use while visiting this great cozy spot. Lots to do and places to eat within 20-30 drive. "

"Christopher’s home on the lake is awesome! It is so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with coffee in the morning and kayaking! Enjoyed the nature all around and were very comfortable in the home. Christopher was a great host! Hope to come back! "

"What a great location! The house was clean and tidy, and beds were comfortable. We spent the majority of our time on the dock or in the kayaks (2 one-seater kayaks and life vests of all sizes are provided). Christopher was quick to answer if I messaged with any questions, and was a pleasure to interact with. Zero complaints! Thank you for a great stay! "

"House is beautiful, just as described. Christopher has instructions for everything clearly printed out. The floors and bathrooms were immaculate. Nice appliances and start up items. Many cozy spaces to relax and enjoy family. Fishing off the dock was great, we caught a couple of nice size catfish. The amount of stairs could be challenging if leaving place often, but great for exercise if you’re into that. Other than that a definite 5-star stay. Thanks Christopher and Crystal we loved the cottage. "
